Comfort Inn in Lethbridge, Alberta

We made it through the Canadian border checkpoint with no issues and are now relaxing for the night in a comfort inn. We pulled in about 8:45 PM. After camping all week, the heat, and having long drives each day, we may try to take advantage of hotels when we see them. Sometimes, though its hundreds of miles before you see a provincial campground let alone a hotel... so we will see. Have a wonderful weekend, everyone, and we will post next time we have service.

Canada, Here We Come!

Well, we are on our way and will be crossing the border today. We will try to call and post as we find service! We miss you all and will be back in Sept! Love you!!

R & R Time

Whew! This week has been an adventure! From hot humid days in Illinois and Iowa to 27 degrees (brrr!) In Bighorn; from wind and rain downpours and beautiful sunny days, we've experienced it all!

We met some nice fellow Alaskans while we were camping who gave us a short cut to Cody. We enjoyed the drive through the mountains and arrived in Cody which had grown into a huge tourist stop! We resupplied at Walmart and subway 😊 ( yay for meatball subs) and headed into Yelllowstone.

Highlights:

lots of wildlife! (Always fun!)

One bee sting (never fun!)

Lots of people and construction ( well you know how that is)

Beautiful, beautiful scenery!

Next stop... Holiday Inn Bozeman Montana and cosmic Pizza delivery! Yum!

We've Got Sheep!

There are about 2000 sheep outside of our campsite when we woke up this morning; they came right to the tree line where we were camping! The herd dogs kept them from crossing the invisible boundary. Definetly a sight to see!

Back in service

We have been in Big horn mountains in Wyoming , we took a break and are at Holiday Inn in Bozeman MT. Spent last night here for R&R .Will be on road shortly and be posting more pic's.

This place is majestic. Jessica and Kayla, we are camping in the same campground in the same site that we all did when you were little!

Big storm

Survived big storm last night. We had warning it was coming so I stayed up and waited. 2:30 it hit. We had to get out of the camper and into the truck. I had to put the camper down, it would have taken the roof off. I was as wet as if I jumped in a pool, a lot of stuff in camper got wet. I set it back up around 4:00 and got a little sleep(wet) Kelly is drying things in dryer , WHAT A NIGHT
